This hotel has a great location, within walking distance of a mall and a supermarket. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with good beds. The breakfast is nice and there is free Wi-Fi available. the staff is helpful and welcoming.
The cleaning service is not the best as our room was not cleaned twice during our stay. Plus, some staff members could improve their English skills.

This hotel had an excellent location with a local supermarket being very close. It was also not far from the city center. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, going the extra mile to provide great service. The rooms were spacious with good beds and the Wi-Fi was top-notch.
Can't fault the property in any way.

Breakfast is well-liked and has a nice variety of options to choose from.
Some staff members could improve their language skills, which could cause miscommunications.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in Baku. the staff was welcoming and friendly. the rooms were spacious and comfortable. the free breakfast was satisfying and delicious. One of the rooms offered a great view of the city. the hotel is located near a metro station and a mall, making it convenient for shopping and traveling. the overall price was affordable.
The biggest drawback was the lack of English proficiency by some of the staff members. It made it difficult to communicate some requests.
